PhD Student can tutor math, psychology, and elementary age.
I am currently working on my PhD in School Psychology. My bachelor's degree is in mathematics and psychology. I have learned techniques to work with elementary age children on math and reading. I have also spent the last four years tutoring at a community college, any 100 and 200 level course. I specialize in math and have taught basic algebra and intermediate algebra courses at the community college. I have also tutored calculus I and II, and taught GRE math courses....
Aspergers
I am working on my PhD in school psychology, and have spent five years working with students with Aspergers/Autism in a school setting. The methods I have learned through my education and experience assist in working with students with Aspergers/Autism. Prior to this, I worked for 5+ years working at group homes and camps for people with disabilities. I also have taken over half the hours I need for my BCBA, which assists in working with them.
